Scott and Wallace said as soon as they received the complaint, they removed Henry from the air and hired a third-party firm to investigate the matter.
In a memo to staff, Fox News chief executive Suzanne Scott and president Jay Wallace wrote, “On Thursday, June 25, we received a complaint about Ed Henry from a former employee’s attorney involving willful sexual misconduct in the workplace years ago.”
